CONTINUATION OF THE SPECIES - Continuation of the Species encompasses hardwired inherited behaviors specifically designed to ensure the human species survives regardless of religious controls and both formal and informal social sanctions. These behaviors are: human sexual behavior, physical fight or flight, psychological fight or flight, maternal instincts and adaptation. Whereas physical anthropology requires skeletal remains, which are subject to natural destruction and Republican carpet-bombing, inherited behavior is linear and non-generation skipping. The behaviors we exhibit today are from the beginning of life on earth.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR - In the early years of his life there were definite signs of his destiny. In high school, 1960's, Tony Reich at the time, went to courtrooms on his own to study the laws and actions taken in this environment. He also studied in Watts, California after the riots with recorder and camera in hand to ask the citizens what they thought they had accomplished by burning down their own city. While his classmates turned in 5 page reports, he presented a 30-page paper titled “Life Aboard The Crystal Ship” by Tony Reich, on the trials and tribulations of teenagers, which the teacher questioned that the he actual wrote. It was written the night before it was due!

In junior college, 1975, he wrote a Groundbreaking 211 page college paper, which was actually a university level thesis, titled “Human Sexual Behavior In A Monogamous Heterosexual Relationship” which focused on the effects of compatibility on the marriage, family, divorce and crime. Immediately after came “ IQ-Myth or Myth” (in which he stated “If you do not have confidence in yourself, don’t expect anyone else to” and “Knowledge which is not applied is useless knowledge”) followed by Inherited Behavioral Characteristics: Homo sapien-sapien” (modern-modern man). He also started a special 30 year study on behavioral differences of religious and non-religious people. He found none. Also during this time period, the U.S. Department of Justice stated in the news that 25% of mothers were working full time outside the home and that the department was going to study the effects of such in relation to crime. He decided to study the effects of working mothers and divorce, from a criminologist view.

Shortly after, he became aware of the specific trials and tribulations of Dr. Jane Goodall, Primatologist, under the direction of Dr. Leakey. He then decided that he would study human behavior in the same manner as the great lady in the concrete jungle in hopes that someday his work could answer questions on human behavior. He has done so in 30 years. During this time frame, he also started extremely intense studies of American management, human resources and education. Today he is an authority in these areas.

In 1979 he designed and implemented the Personnel Evaluation and Enhancement System (P.E.E.S) while supervising minority union workers that would become the first procedure of the Fella Management System. P.E.E.S was a resounding success! In 1980 the author began a countrywide study of the effects of AIDS on American behavior. 1984, after 7 years of extensive and secret studies he formulated “Divorce: Causation of Crime” and “Industrial Behavior: The American Management Mess”. The Fella Management System was completed in 1985. From 1975 to present day, the author has studied human behavior in the concrete jungle.
