ABOUT THE DESIGNER OF FMS
WHY FMS OVER OTHER PHILOSOPHIES?

Due to his education in human behavior, he has been observing industrial/occupational behavior and management for the last 30 years and between 1979 and 1985 he designed the same lean systems as Toyota which American management would not accept. American management is dollar management, where his angle is human behavior in the workplace; how employees process information and how they FEEL about the workplace. How does the workplace affect home and how does home affect the workplace. What does positive motivation accomplish versus negative/disciplinary motivation. He designed Lean and Value Stream Systems without the Japanese.

FMS is about positive motivation of human feelings. Nothing motivates an employee like seeing their idea implemented. His studies and observations have reinforced this finding year after year after year. Employees acclimate to a raise and want more but implementing their ideas keeps them fresh and motivated. FMS is the state of art system today and it is 22-26 years old!

Thirty years ago he decided to study human behavior using the Dr. Jane Goodall method, which is in the field rather than an office. Her findings are far more accurate because the behavior she studies is in a natural state without outside influence. He has done the same in the concrete jungle for the past 30 years and this website will describe his ground breaking findings. It will describe Industrial, Personal and Inherited behaviors.

The problem with American management is that it does not understand the tremendous benefits of both social behavioral sciences and law in the workplace. The study of how the effects of drugs, and law, financial crime, management, investigation procedures, victimology, security, positive motivational techniques and administering just decisions pertains to morale at all companies and government entities is not understood by American management.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER OF FBMS

From 1979 to 1985 he developed and implemented the Fella Management System which is equal to Toyota systems. He was years ahead of the Japanese in many respects and shunned by American management and their decision resulted in destroying many American businesses.
He has 30 years experience in the aerospace quality assurance profession. Associated with his education, has written entire quality manuals and all associated quality instructions/specifications as well as all casting production specifications including the development, teaching and testing of personnel. He alone developed Lean Principles and Value Stream Mapping like the Japanese as a lone American.

In relation to his education, he has 206 semester credits from 6 colleges in the last four decades, with Jr. college diplomas in LA/behavior, administration of justice and paralegal administration and university education of B.I.S in Behavior/Law/Criminology and Bachelors education in criminology with concentrations in law enforcement/security, CSI/forensics and criminal/constitutional law. Tony Reich.

Research; IQ: Myth or Myth, Inherited Behavioral Characteristics-Homo sapien-sapien, Industrial Behavior-The American Management Mess, Divorce-Causation of Crime, Behavioural Anthropology: Continuation of the Species. Tony Reich

In the noted four decades, he has purposely and stealthily studied the education system, teacher presentations, syllabuses, textbooks, quality of education, testing methods, curriculums, college counselors, transfer credits and students. His report on education in America will be lengthy. Tony Reich.

In conjunction with his education and quality experience, he worked 3 years for the Petit & Martin Law firm out of Washington, D.C. on U.S. Inspector General and Federal Grand Jury subpoenas in relation to Federal contract fraud and criminal fraud activity on military aircraft and parts. In those 3 years he was part of a team responsible for interpreting subpoenas, finding and analyzing the evidence requested and controlling 1.1 million pieces of confiscated evidence, then briefing attorneys on the company liability of the evidence. Tony Reich.
